KOTOMI CHIKUSE | GENERAL MANAGER, SUSHI AZABU
Kotomi Chikuse spent her youth traveling the world because of her father’s business. She was born in Seattle and lived in Hong Kong, Kobe and Vancouver all before graduating high school.
It is that childhood that shaped her open-minded spirits and ease in understanding different cultures.
Chikuse joined Plan Do See in 2009, after working at the Sodoh Kigashiyama Kyoto and the Luigans.
Currently, Chikuse lives in one of her favorite cities in the world, New York City, where she is the General Manager of the Michelin starred Sushi Azabu.
