As Plan Do See’s director of food & beverage, Sunny Makhni brings over ten years of International luxury hotel management and hospitality experience with a proven track record leading innovative bar, restaurant, and conference & events operations to Eaton Workshop.

 Sunny received a dual major in business management and hotel management from Montreux, Switzerland’s prestigious Hotel School, and started as a bartender in a small Portuguese island, Madeira. He began his formal career in Jackson Hole, WY. Sunny held progressive positions with Four Seasons & Fairmont hotels, where he launched award winning experimental concepts and received numerous accolades for his dedication and leadership skills.   

In Sunny’s new role, he hopes to set his mark on the Washington restaurant scene by delivering seamless service with a spirit of warmth and respect through Plan Do See’s respective food & beverage offerings at Eaton Workshop.

During Sunny’s free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors, competitive running, and attempting to fill his never-ending love for adventurous travel (23 countries and counting!).
